Willard “Bill” Charles Sabourin, Jr. SFC (RET), 58, of Petersburg, departed this life on Monday, August 27, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Velma “Lois” Sabourin of Petersburg. Interment will be in Virginia Veterans Cemetery at 12:00 noon on September 7, 2012.
