William Ashley Brown, Sr.

William Ashley Brown, Sr., 61, of DeWitt, Virginia, died on June 12, 2023. William was preceded in death by his father, Edward Brown; mother, Edith Brown; brothers, Edward, Jr. and Kenneth Brown; and sister, Sheryl Stanton. He is survived by his significant other, Pam Lowe; son, William Brown, Jr. (Sara); daughter, Brittany Wright (Shante Wright); granddaughter, Maddison Brown; and sisters, Brenda Scott (Roger), Darlane Palmer, and Wanda Vaughn. William worked for Perkinson Construction for many years.
A funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm, on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home - Hopewell Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Monday, June 19, 2023. Interment will follow in Bermuda Memorial Park.
