William Walker â??Billy Buckâ? Cato, III, 41, of Prince George, VA, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012. He was predeceased by his father William W. Cato, Jr. He was the owner of the Appomattox Small Boat Harbor and CEO of Appomattox Boat Brokers, Inc. He was the creator of the Harbor Blast Concert Series, which benefited many area non-profit organizations. He is survived by his mother, Carol R. Cato; sister, Crista Cato Manieri; two nephews, Michael William Cato Manieri and Gareth Alexander Cato Manieri. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 pm Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Round Hill Cemetery in Emporia, VA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm â?? 8:00 pm Friday at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. There will be a celebration of his life with all his friends and family at the Appomattox Small Boat Harbor Sat. February 25, 2012. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to T.E.A.M.S.
