Bill started his career in the military and served for 25 years. After retiring from serving and protecting our country, he became an educator for 30 years. He was generous to all who knew him, and had a passion for rescuing animals, especially cats. He spent countless hours rescuing stray animals and ensured they were all cared for and loved.
