William Dewolfe

William Allen DeWolfe, 86, of Chester, Va. died Monday, December 15th 2008. in the McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond. He was born in Halifax, NS, Canada. Mr. DeWolfe was the son of the late John and Ann Mullins DeWolfe. He was a retired SGM, with the U. S. Army serving during World War II, Korean, Vietnam and a member of the American Legion, Post 284, Colonial Heights. Surviving iare his wife, Mildred, of 50 years; a son, Billy Rook and wife Mary Lou, of Helena, Montana, a daughter, Nancy Ingalsbe and husband Terry, of Herndon, Va., two grandsons, Boo Rook and wife Nikki of Helena, Montana and Bo Ingalsbe of Arlington, Va.., two sisters, Helen Oâ??Donnell and Hazel Gately both of Boston, Mass., other family members, Nancy Stacy, Scott and Bobbi Stacy and their children of Chester, Va., Betty Adams and Judy Cutrona and family of Prince George, Va. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 18, 2008 from 7-8:30 in the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home .A graveside service will be held Friday, December 19, 2008 at 11:00 A. M. in Bermuda Memorial Park. with Rev. Wayne Pennington, officiating.
