William Randolph "Randy" Dodd

William Randolph “Randy” Dodd, of Hopewell, VA passed away, Friday, November 24, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, William H. “Bill” Dodd and Marguerite G. “Cissy” Dodd, and his grandson, Ian Jefferson Dodd. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Suzanne Rouse Dodd; sons, Jeremy Randolph Dodd (Jaimie), and Jesse Tyson Dodd (Elise Boyd); grandchildren, Margot Boyd Dodd, and Colin Lyle Dodd; special friends, Linda Davis, Gloria Dancy, Nancy Moore, and Jerry Newsome; as well as, numerous extended family and friends. Randy loved road trips, fishing and the Florida Keys. He especially enjoyed NASCAR and talking sports with his boys. The family will receive friends, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 2, 2017, at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral 820 W. Broadway, Hopewell, VA. A memorial service will be held, 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the funeral home.
