William Carlton Feagans, 96, of Hampton, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2016. Born in Amherst County, Va., he was the son of the late Eldridge and Pearl Rucker Feagans. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 29, 2016 in Southlawn Memorial Park. The family is being served by the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
