William N. Graves

William N. Graves, age 80, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018, at St. Francis Medical Center. Bill was born September 16, 1938, in Petersburg, Virginia to Wallace and Virginia Graves. He was a 1956 graduate of Elkton High School where he met the love of his life, Millie Harman. Millie and Bill were married for 62 years. Together they raised four children, Ricky (deceased 2015), Deborah Bailey (Chuck), Karen Graves and Keith Graves (Laura). Bill was very proud of his 8 grandchildren. He loved watching his grandson play baseball and drinking coffee with his buddies each morning. Bill was an avid UVA fan where he attended and always enjoyed a great baseball game. He is survived by his beloved wife Mildred Graves, brother John (Jimmy Kay), cousin Jack Spencer (Carol) and preceded in death by his brothers, Charles, Austin (Mary Louise), and Donnie (Mona).
