William Phillips Green

William Phillips Green, 69, of Sutherland, Virginia, passed away on September 21, 2012. He was the son of the late William Fletcher and Alice Clay Green. William was the proud owner and operator of Bill’s Cabinet Shop for more than 25 years. He is survived by his children, Linda G. Ashworth, Pamela G. Comer, and Jennifer Lynn Joyner; grandchildren, Michael Ashworth, Jessica Cook, Marie Swartz, Candace Comer, Matthew Comer, Alex Comer, Warren Comer, Audrey Juliana “AJ” Joyner, Ethan Joyner, and Will Joyner; great-grandchildren, Daysha Tucker, Alycia Cook, and Penelope Ashworth; sister, Margaret Driskill. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday September 25, 2012 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11 am at the funeral home on Wednesday September 26, 2012. Interment to follow at Blandford Cemetery.
