"Uncle Wiggy" was a much loved and dedicated uncle to all of his nieces and nephews. William was a true and faithful friend to all who knew him, always ready with a smile and kind word of encouragement. He was a 1971 graduate of Dinwiddie High School and a proud retiree of Philip Morris where he enjoyed a 30 year career. His greatest passion was the martial arts with his crowning achievement being awarded the black belt in Karate.
