William Rodger Hall

William R. Hall, 78, of Chesterfield County, VA, died Saturday, June 15, 2019. A native of West Virginia, he was preceded in death by his loving mother, Vivian Elizabeth Wilson Hall, and his father, Charles Alan Hall. He is survived by his wife, Carol Dea Hall; children, Alan P. Hall, Penny L. O’Bryan (Tom), and William R. “Billy” Hall; step-son, Robert W. Martin; grandchildren, Derek (Carson Jane), Joey (Felicia), Matthew, Caleb, Rebekah, Erica, and Jason; great-grandchildren, Hailey and Zoey; and a sister, Sharon Spradlin.
