William Robert Harrison

On Tuesday, January 5, 2021, William R. Harrison, better known as Rob to his friends and family, passed away at the age of 73. He was born March 4, 1947 in Petersburg, Virginia to Joe and Louise Harrison and was third in a line of six children. A man of few words, he was a Vietnam veteran and received a Purple Heart. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in civil engineering. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and sister. An honest and loyal man, he was a devoted brother and uncle and will be greatly missed by his surviving family members. Interment will be private.
