William Green Johnston Jr.

William Green Johnston Jr., 70, of Disputanta departed this life on January 8, 2019. He was preceded in death by his father, William G. Johnston, Sr.; mother, Mabel McGraw Johnston; sister, Joann Delores Johnston; and brother, Jesse Newton Johnston. William served as a First Sergeant at Fort Lee, Virginia in the United States Army and after retiring from the military, worked at Crater Correctional Center. Viewing and visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 11th at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
