William Price

William Hudson Price, age 78, of Chesterfield and Callao, VA, died on Sunday, October 2, 2011. He was born in Washington, DC, the son of the late William D. and Manoma Hudson Price. Mr. Price was also predeceased by his first wife, Barbara Zamer Price. He was a retired HVAC Technician with Civil Service, and a U. S. Navy Veteran. Mr. Price was a former Commodore of the White Point Yacht Club of Kinsale, VA, the American Legion Post #8 DC, Masonic Lodge # 1 in Alexandria, VA, and life long NRA member. He is survived by his wife, Rosemary P. Price; children, Timothy William Price and wife, Erin Lee, and Kimberlie Jane Haley and husband, Jim; grandchild, Tess Leasure Price; step sons, Jon J. Murphy and wife, Marcia, and Jay P. Murphy and wife, Kim; step grandchildren, Katelyn Murphy, Erin Murphy, and Andrew Schuman; sister, Peggy Dvorak and husband, Jimmy; and other extended family and friends. A celebration of Williamâ??s life will be held at the Chesterfield chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 2:00 PM, with a visitation afterwards. In lieu of flowers, the family requestâ??s memorial donations are made to the Hospice of Virginia at 1700 Bayberry Court Richmond, VA 23226 or to your local Historical Society.
