William Edward Sarver

William Edward Sarver, 89, of Sutherland, VA, died October 15, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary W. Sarver; his son Barry Sarver, and his wife Lorelea Moore Sarver, of Chesterfield, VA; his daughter, Cathy Sarver Martin, and her husband, Jeff Martin of Sutherland, VA; his granddaughter, Brittany Sarver Kiniry and her husband Scott Kiniry; his grandson, Ryan Osterbind and his fiancé Elyse Woodhams; and his great-granddaugher, Hadley Kiniry. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was born and raised in Bland, VA. He served in the US Army, was a founding member and past president of the Sportsman Hunt Club in Dinwiddie, VA and retired from Reynolds Metals Bellwood Printing Plant in Richmond, VA after 30 years. He loved life, his family, hunting and fishing and everything outdoors. He was truly one of a kind and will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him.
The family will receive friends and family at the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 5-7 PM.
A graveside service will be held at Dale Memorial Park in Chesterfield, VA on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.
