William Smith

William Pinkney â??Billâ? Smith, of Providence Forge died Monday, November 12, 2007 at his residence. Mr. Smith was born in Fort Bragg, NC. He was a retired Gunnery Sgt. from the U. S. Marine Corp. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his father, William P. Smith, Jr. He is survived by two sons, William P. Smith, IV of Petersburg, Michael Shane Smith of Prince George, a daughter, Wendy Eavey of Chesterfield, a granddaughter, Cassandra Rae Smith of Prince George, his mother, Adele Skinner Smith and a sister, Brenda J. Arehart, both of Prince George. The family will receive friends Thursday, November 15, 2007 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A graveside service, with military honors, will be held Friday, November 16, 2007 at 11:00 AM in Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens, Prince George.
