William Brown Spencer Jr.

William Brown Spencer, Jr. “Billy”, 74, died Sunday, March 18, 2018. He was a native of Petersburg born the son of the late William B. and Mildred Perdue Spencer. Billy attended Petersburg High School and was a charter member of Covenant Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his brother, Philip “PC” Spencer and his wife Janet; two nieces Lea S. Trant and husband John and Brittany L. Spencer; and an aunt, Marie Kevan Spencer. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 24th at 2:00 PM at Blandford Cemetery.
