William Earl Sutton

William Earl Sutton, 71, of Petersburg, VA, died October 17, 2024. Born and raised in Chesterfield, VA, he was the son of the late Thomas Sutton and Lucille Sutton.

He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a caring man, always working on something and could build anything. He enjoyed listening to music and gardening, and you could always count on him for a good laugh; but more than anything, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Sutton was proceeded in death by a sister, Bonnie Ford. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Connie Sutton; daughters, Tammy Kent and her husband, Scott, Crystal Andrews and Waverly, Tanya Taylor, Jennifer Sutton, Mandy Sutton; grandchildren, Dakota Kent, Shawn Kent, Brianne Reiber, Makena Jarratt, Weston (Bubba) Jarratt, Cheyenne Lamm, Jeremy Taylor, Jr., Summer Sutton, Estonia Stell, Nathan Shrewsbury, Savannah Shrewsbury, Ryleigh Maharaj, Emaleah Nazario; great-grandchildren, Duane Lamm III, Dalilah Lamm, Jacob Buss, Elliana Sutton, Adeline Sutton, Jeremiah Shrewsbury; and brother, Tommy Sutton.
