William "Will" Ernest Renfrow

William E. Renfrow, 39, died on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 in his home. He was born and raised in Chester, VA. He was the only child of Donna and Kim Renfrow. Will was a graduate of Thomas Dale High School. He went on to attend and graduate Johnson and Wales Culinary University. He was a chef in restaurants in Charleston, SC., St. Johns Virgin Islands, and in Richmond, VA. Will loved to cook and create his own recipes. When he wasn’t in the kitchen, he loved to fish and hang out with friends. He was known for his good sense of humor and his contagious laughter among his friends. Will was always there to help, whether you needed food, a place to stay, or whatever, all anyone had to do was call him. Will is preceded in death by his parents, Donna and Kim Renfrow; grandfather, Tommy Haynes; aunt, Wanda Williamson; uncles, Mark Renfrow and Gary Renfrow. He is survived by his sister, Stephanie Gibson; brother, Ross Renfrow; grandmother, June H. Garrett; aunts, Beth Acord and Debbie Renfrow; cousins, Sam Fabian, Jason Williamson, Rachel Fabian, Ben Fabian, Brandon Williamson and Jason Renfrow; and stepmom, Roberta Jones. A memorial service will be held, 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 3050 W. Hundred Rd. Chester, VA 23831.
