Wilson Bailey

Wilson Lee Bailey, 88, passed away peacefully Friday, March 2, 2007 at home with his wife of 64 years, Rosa, at his side. A life long resident of Chesterfield County, Wilson was an active member of Chester Presbyterian Church and sang in the choir for many years. His career in the automobile business included employment at Beck Motor Company, Petersburg Ford, Quality Lincoln Mercury and Bennett Ford. He is survived by his wife Rosa Finch Bailey; daughter and son-in law Susan and Keith Phillips; one son Wade and grandchildren Stephen, Carrie, Jeffrey, and Len Phillips. The family will receive friends today from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home, 3050 West Hundred Road, Chester, Va. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, March 5, 2007 in the Chester Presbyterian Church, 3424 West Hundred Road, Chester, Va. 23831 with Reverend Lawrence Chapin officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, Va.
