Winifred "Louise" Bullard

Winifred Louise Bullard, 93 years young, of Chester, VA, was carried home in the arms of Jesus on June 23, 2021. Her husband, James “Buddy” Bullard, preceded her in death in August 2008. She is also preceded in death by her parents, Minnie Kirtner Steele and Cyril Steele; sister, Georgia McManaway; and brothers, Eugene, Arvil and Vance Steele. She is survived by one sister Willie “Billie” Blankenship of Princeton, WV, as well as by her children, Teddy and Linda Anderson, of Maysville, WV, Mitchell Lee Anderson of Petersburg, VA, and Linda and Ronald Shortt of Petersburg, VA; grandchildren, Patricia Engle of Petersburg, WV and Teddy Anderson Jr. of Knob Noster, MO. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a special sister-in-law, Eloise Barrick. Visitation will be held on June 26, 2021 at 11:15 AM and a chapel service will follow at 12:00 PM at the Chester chapel of J.T Morriss & Son Funeral Home with Pastor George Schutte officiating.
