Yukiko Togahara Pantohan, 79, of Petersburg died on Thursday, December 25, 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents, Satoshi and Tomoe Togahara and her husband, Antonio Pantohan. Yukiko was a member of SGI USA and will be missed by all who knew her. A private service will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. The Petersburg Chapel of J.T.
